Something has happened at Oregon. This looks like a poor AI version of Lanning. What happened to the real Lanning?!?

Alabama would say ""be in an actual conference then make that conference championship or stfu"

Notre dame has no one to blame but themselves.
You dont even follow football sir. What happened lol

Rumor has it that Chip Kelly's agent has reached out to Washington State about their coaching vacancy.

Off topic slightly — why hasn’t Autzen been expanded?

80k-ish capacity

It’s only a matter of time for a big new stadium right? I already miss the old Autzen and Mac Court to be honest though.

Eugene can't support that big of a stadium; probably 65,000 at most
Hmm? Maybe?
Your number is correct in where they are going. They want to add about 8.000 seats with an addition of a North Side second deck. This is primarily directed at keeping up with other Big 10 stadiums because Autzen is considered pretty small by comparison.
I wonder if they could eventually just decide that renovation is not worth the time and money and move toward a bigger stadium altogether which has been a number of the discussions. Most are looking for 80,000 seats if they choose to go that direction. So @Fez Hammersticks seems to be in line with most of the conversations I've been in.
Now as far as Eugene being able to support that. Your guess is good as mine?

I'm repeating what I've been told by somebody who has seen the analysis of trends and ticket potential. The biggest crowd ever for Autzen was for the Ohio State game last year at 60,129. They would have sold more SRO tickets if the fans had shown up

another thing I was told about the analysis is that they could add 6000-7000 season to Autzen relatively cheaply, but the cost skyrockets if they are adding 8,000-15,000. There was also some indication that the nature of Autzen and it's decibel impact would change with a larger renovation, and not for the better. Empty seats deaden noise they don't add to it. And there'd be a lot of empty seats with a 75.000-80,000 stadium

Oregon would sell more than 60,000 tickets every game if the people came, but they've only hit that mark once
