Not sure, I never really used any braces or wraps. Mine usually happen playing basketball, so I just sit out a week or two until I can walk without pain.

I'm sure in the NBA they wrap up the ankle good and use a brace. But, severe sprains can still put a player out a week, or two.

Yes. They are a much better team than last year. Hard to tell, however, if they took a big step up or if Boston is still sputtering.
