I'm not poking you or trying to goad you. I'm being 100% serious. Our JailBlazer past was what it was. We had to come to terms with it. It sucked, but we were rooting for some pretty despicable characters. It just blows my mind that you can't say "Kobe is a rapist" on a L*ker forum without every single poster acting like Johnnie Cochran defending OJ.

Sure they were. They were sending the message that if we weren't allowed to post about topics of actual interest, there were other topics we would make posts about. I put up multiple threads because he kept deleting them. There was nothing out-of-bounds about discussing the fact Kobe raped a girl in pretty brutal fashion.

It was about a L*ker fan telling an entire Blazer fanbase what we could and could not discuss. BBF.com wasn't Lakersground.net.
 
Four Blazers posters ruined it for everybody over there...There is no doubt of that. Others added by talking crap back but they wouldnt have if the others were not acting like idiots would they???

Without that certain 4 acting like jackasses every chance they got Basel would have never had to do anything.

I read everything that went on. Basel tried to deflect a shitload of personal attacks coming his way...after a while he got sick of it, acted human, and talked shit back. Could the mods have handled it better? Absolutely. If those 4 didnt constantly act like antagonistic assholes would there had been any issue at all? Nope
 
DaRizzle, don't get so agitated. maxiep and others are certainly entitled to believe Kobe is a rapist. If you don't believe he is, others thinking he did it won't change the reality, so why are you upset? Kobe put himself in an ugly situation and while it may or may not be fair, his image is going to suffer.

These topics (BBF, Kobe's rape case) have been fought over a million times. Let's not have another heated thread. Feel free to argue about it, but do it calmly.

Dude, I dont give a fuck about the opinions of Kobe in here. If I did then I probably wouldnt be here. Im talking about the Kobe rape case as a tool to antagonize. Thats it.

There's plenty of doubt about that. There were agitators on both sides of the fight there. Provocations like "It's obvious that all the blame goes on a few people" aren't necessary. This topic has been fought over plenty of times. Let's try and have one calm and reasonable thread about it (if we must have yet another thread about it).

Name them. By your account, I'm one. Please tell me other than posting multiple Kobe posts (replacing the ones that were deleted), what I did to antagonize anyone. My posts haven't been deleted, so it should be easy to find the posts that offended you so greatly.
 
As a fairly high ranking staff member, I would just like to let it be known that not only are Kobe the rapist threads allowed here, they are also encouraged.

That's like saying the credenza in Kobe's hotel room was used as a tool to rape that poor girl. It's just an inanimate object that can be used for good or evil.

I'm not telling you what to do, I just think it would be nice to eliminate some of the drama. Some of your posts seem a bit over-angry for such old topics.

Its because a few start overly bashing people over there when they were very much part of the problem.

edit: there was a good thing over there and Im pissed it was ruined. Sure we have more freedom here but notice there is a lot more of people going after each other...
 
Meh, I don't know that much got "ruined". I like the new digs better. For example, I can say cun--cun---cun----hmmm, I just can't bring myself to say it.

But it's nice to know I could if I wanted to.
