OT:Boozer....... International Player?

I was just looking on ESPN.com at different players PER. They have Boozer as an international player! Unless Alaska became a foreign country without me knowing, I'm confused!

Nevermind, I guess they go off of where they were born. He was born in Germany and Ben Gordon was born in London, so I guess they are considered foreign. My bad. Oh and Joe Alexander is Taiwanese and Steve Nash is African!
