...is it really that special looking when compared to most "wood" basketball courts?! :dunno:

This is where Brook Lopez and Tyson Chandler will jump for the tip on Nov. 1, 2012, unless Tyson uses his giant, ridiculous boots to step on Brook's peanut-brittle feet before the game. Then, anything could happen, really.

I wonder whay there are certain rows and sets missing? It looks odd

That arena is beautiful! Love the look of that court!

I guess it's all a matter of perspective, but I think it looks pretty slick. I definitely think it's distinctive in comparison to other courts, but not in an over-the-top way (ie, Matthew Knight Arena).

...that's for Jay-Z's special roped off VIP section that will feature a horseshoe shaped leather sofa, stripper pole, and a never ending fountain of Dom Perignon!

People down here keep talking about the screen. I wonder what it will look like from the end zones, you know, where us poor people have to sit

Oh wow, that is sharp. Has anyone else done the Chevron pattern before? I think the retro center court looks sweet!

He just sprung for a new scoreboard five years ago, and it was already considered state of the art at the time. Doubt he's go for another one so soon, especially with the upcoming crappy season(s), and loss of revenue.

BKLYN's court design looks sick, btw.

Google the Utah Jazz's scoreboard! Hilarious!

Love the herringbone pattern! Classic and distinctive.

The two end panels will measure approximately 25 [feet] high by 25 [feet] wide. All the boards will display a full HD signal with 1080 lines of resolution.

Speaking of facilities...

The RG is in pretty good shape in the arena bowl/boxes but the commons area feels dingy and isn't aging nicely. And that teal roof on one of the parking garages is hideous and one of the bigger eyesores in the Lloyd District.

I like the floor. A lot. I wish the Nike Ducks had done that, instead of whatever that puke is they spewed all over their court.

I was thinking that. The whole stadium is black and silver.

I really like the colors. Looks like Gotham themed or noir or something, which is good for a NY team.
