He can be with the right coach.

He's been on the block since last summer but they want a lot in return. With two lotto picks and some other assets I think we could put together a respectable offer. They have to separate DeMarcus and Tyreke -- Their egos are too much alike.
This team needs a player(s) that can put the ball on the floor and score, creating for themselves and others. That was our biggest downfall this year. The only players that could put the rock down and create either only looked for a shot themselves (Crawford), or absolutely sucked (Felton).
I'd rather see us go hard after Harden, Gordon, or hell even Dragic than Noah, or Deng.

They should just amnesty Boozer.
I think it depends on what they want to do. If they are simply looking to clear cap space, and were willing to take a bath on what they got in return, I would seriously consider eating up our cap space and take both players. I think a trade would work under the cap if we sent them Wesley/11th and they traded us Deng and Noah. It would kill our space for the summer, but we'd get our center and we could move Batum to the shooting guard spot. The only problem would be point guard. Maybe draft Marshall and then make a lowball offer to Dre and see if he'll come back for a couple years.
Miller/Marshall
Batum/Williams
Deng/Babbitt
Aldridge/Hickson
Noah/Thomas
Obviously the Bulls wouldn't be getting near the value that Noah is worth, but they'd be clearing 19 million off their cap and they'd get Wes and a lotto pick. I don't know if they'd bite, but I think Noah/Deng would be better than we could do in free agency.

Does that make them better though? It doesn't get them under the cap, does it?
They're looking to clear cap space. Reinsdorf is a cheap bastard. He'll never pay the LT.
Also, if your theory is that they need to move one of Evans or Cousins, I think it's Tyreke that goes. Without a doubt.

Do you think they'd do that deal Denny? Noah and Deng for Matthews and the #11?
I'd love to add Noah to this team, personally. Love his heart, think he would fit well alongside Aldridge up front.

Can we do that in time to also make Nico a "good offer"? LOLI would be willing to trade the two picks for Noah and then try to sign Dragic; that takes care of our two greatest needs and two of the most important positions on a team. Also adds two guys right about Aldridge's age; all of them entering their prime.

The two picks might be enough.
Give me an example of the Bulls dumping a core player for money reasons and I'll believe you.
