Ouch! that sucks. The reply was tough to watch. It's obviously a hyperextened knee. His last injury, didn't they find out that he has very loose ligaments in both knees?

Note that it was DeJuan "No ACL" Blair whose foot he stepped on? It seems everyone injures their knees except for that guy.

Damn, could we use him right now. Pendergraph was pretty useless.

Greg Oden will have a better career than Bynum.

He got up by himself and walked off the court. I doubt it is that serious.

5 minutes left in Los Angeles, no Duncan Parker Ginobili, yet Lakers full strength up by only 2. Lakers really suck and we can beat them.

Jackson did not seem too concerned when interviewed after talking to him.

Just to backup what Fez is saying, I've seen Australian Football players tear their ACL, and still run out a game (which is like running a half marathon whilst guys are trying to bury your head into the turf).

Apparently the immobility only sets in once the ligament, and muscles have cooled down.

That's not to say that he is injured, just that you can't tell based on the fact he got straight up.

It doesn't look as serious but when Bonzi tore his ACL he walked off the court without limping.

the end of Dennis Dixon's career at Oregon springs to mind. The Bynum replay didn't look that bad but I guess we'll find out soon enough

STOMP

I hope he recovers. I would never want or wish injuries to any player in the NBA.

Hate to be the bearer of sad news...
EL SEGUNDO – Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum, who injured his right knee in last night’s game versus the San Antonio Spurs, had an MRI this morning. Results of the MRI showed that Bynum has a bone bruise, but the injury is not deemed to be serious.

Lakers forward Matt Barnes also had an MRI exam on his sore right knee, which was surgically repaired on January 11, 2011. Results of Barnes’ MRI showed no new damage.

Both players are expected to be ready to play when the Lakers open the playoffs this weekend.

Glad Bynum is okay. I don't wish a major injury on any player.
