Bill Kennedy, Tony Brothers and Violet Palmer are going to ref the rest of the Clippers playoff games.

That's a good rotation. How about Danny Crawford, Leon Wood, and Haywoode Workman in the rotation, too?![]()
Stephen A. Smith and Jason Whitlock can do the commentary for all their games. Perfect. What about Mandingo, DMX and Stephen A. Smith?
but theres no such thing as white racimssajonasd anyrmoerwqojkdnqwjke
Somebody said black out...it would be cool if all the white ticket holders gave their tickets to black people.
No no, you've got it wrong, only white people are racist. Didn't you know?
"We have heard the tape on TMZ. We do not know if it is legitimate or it has been altered."
Sterling and the Clippers organization tell TMZ Sports, "We have heard the tape on TMZ. We do not know if it is legitimate or it has been altered."

+1. How can you not recognize your own voice and comments? As for these words being the antithesis of who he is, Sterling was sued by a number of people including former employees and the DoJ for racial discrimination. We don't even need to go into the black history month thing. They would know if it were illegitimate, because Sterling would just deny saying it. As in, "I would never, ever say anything like those horrible comments."
Also, the Clipper organization basically is Donald Sterling, so it's not surprising that the front office stands behind their owner.
Donald Sterling has come out swinging, with the Clippers organization right behind him ... saying he and his team don't know if the audio TMZ Sports released is legit ... but he says it does NOT reflect his views toward African Americans.
Sterling and the Clippers organization tell TMZ Sports, "We have heard the tape on TMZ. We do not know if it is legitimate or it has been altered."
The statement goes on ... We do know that the woman on the tape -- who we believe released it to TMZ -- is the defendant in a lawsuit brought by the Sterling family, alleging that she embezzled more than $1.8 million, who told Mr. Sterling that she would 'get even.'" And the statement goes on, "Mr. Sterling is emphatic that what is reflected on that recording is not consistent with, nor does it reflect his views, beliefs or feelings. It is the antithesis of who he is, what he believes and how he has lived his life."
And there's this: "He feels terrible that such sentiments are being attributed to him and apologizes to anyone who might have been hurt by them."
Steinbrenner was also suspended by Fay Vincent because George paid Howard Spira $40k to dig up dirt on Dave Winfield. His felony conviction/suspension occurred years prior to his second suspension, and was because of illegal campaign contributions to Richard Nixon in 1972. So, there is precedence to suspend an owner of a major sport w/out any legal reason to do so.
Marge Schott also got suspended for her comments about Hitler.
Everyone has to act like they are soooo offended by this. Jesus Christ. This is so stupid.
Not. Swayed.Donald Sterling has come out swinging, with the Clippers organization right behind him ... saying he and his team don't know if the audio TMZ Sports released is legit ... but he says it does NOT reflect his views toward African Americans.

I don't see this as "permission" to have sex with Magic or any other African-American, I see that as a sarcastic racist reference to the supposed sexual prowess of Black men.
And not suprisingly, any time a woman is involved, however peripherally, the "solution" is to attack her. News flash: this woman can be the biggest craphead in the universe. It still does not justify these comments.
