Its a pretty typical outlook though.
A lot of nightlife venues, restaurants, hotels do not want to become a "black venue" or attract that crowd. They just hide it a lot better.
I think what Sterling didn't want was the Clippers to become the team of the poorer black and mexican population of LA. I mean a lot of them are Laker fans but they can't afford the Laker ticket prices.
