its a complicated issue for sure. if anything could be taken from this, it would be my desire to mirror many of yalls sentiments regarding "officer friendly"...the militarization of the nations police forces is frightening to say the least. "to protect and serve" is long gone. now we have them for the most part protecting and preSERVing their own jobs above all else, and empathy/sympathy as well as common sense seems to have flown the coop.

As a black friend of mine likes to say, he can thank his peers for the profile that cops project onto him. Similar comments from a Persian friend when he talks about the TSA. Cops didn't go looking to pick on black men disproportionately, actions yield consequences. How do whites keep out of trouble more effectively, simple. We police our own so to speak. I have kicked quite a few friends asses for being fuck ups and drawing too much attention. We also understand the concept of triage...you save what you can save and don't waste time.

The american dream exists, but it requires hard work, humility and integrity. False pride, victimhood and selfishness isn't gonna get you out of the hood. Ask any legal immigrant, it only takes one generation to create success. How can a bunch of pakastani's or Vietnamese do this within benefit of language or the culture...yet inner city blacks can't?

First autopsy data coming out....6 shots. 4 in the right arm and 2 to the head, all frontal entry. Head shot indicated the perp was leaning down and forward. Dr. Michael Baden was the independent coroner. Not the innocent kid protesters were being sold.

Watching the BS that is Ferguson today.....when will these peeps get a clue. Shots fired into crowd, only after a week of Molotov cocktails, rocks, and gun shots fired at cops, WTF would you do? What would I do, cuss my Capt. out we didn't use tear gas.......along time ago.....

Again case in point: Kent State Massacre- NO ONE had rocks, Molotov Cocktails, weapons, or guns, and they had NO NAACP, to cry foul. Not even the ACLU got involved. I want my MayPo, and my own sociological groups equivalent of NAACP. I want my Civil Liberties to include students only of my Race? No I don't, and Bobby Kennedy did not want as much. Or- He who wrote the original Civil Liberties Act of 64,(Note: was NOT what HE (RFK) initially wrote and/or originated. LBJ f'kd up the ACT). Kennedy' Initial Act did NOT call for SEPERATE OR SEGRETATED Schools, UNI's neither. LBJ did as much.

I was at a cellar bar in Frankfurt Germany one night when four "bros" at a table were talking loud bithiching about this and that. The bar teander went to their table and in perfect English if they could clean up their language and remove their hats per German custom. They were giving the guy a ration of crap so he went behind the bar and I knew enough German to know he was calling the politzi. A little while later a Frankfurt Officer came in, the bar tender took him to the table and in perfect English made a request akin the bar tenders. They called him a pig, said you can't do nothing to us. The cop left, came back with another officer and G-Shepherd. They ordered the dog to sit by the table and you should have see the "attitude adjustment". They ended up marching them all up to street level then to jail. You did not fool with the cops over there very bad for your well being.

Oh My...German Shepherds, Bred and trained them as a hobby for 30 years, although our Kennel was a legit Business my Wife ran...She (Kim) did it all with those dogs. From obedience, therapy, Intll Therapy, Kadivers, Drug sniffers, sent a pup each litter to Kern Co. and Inyokern for Search and Rescue, did some Conformation, Herding, (yeeha) Luring too. No Shutchzhund tho'.....those are for German Born Dogs......yep. there is a slight difference in American Vs German Born n bred GSD's. Moreso in the rear hocks, and gait, moreso in Temperament......!

The shit no one can get away with when a GSD is present is astounding. The stories I could tell ya' about those Great GSD's they too could of stopped this Carnage a week ago.......
 
Well apparently CNN found sdome old coot that has redefined physics...as 6 frontal entry wounds could happen as the guy was running away. Even on Fox they were questioning the degree of force, harping on 6 shots. The attacker (that's what Brown was to the officer) was 6'4"/290lb. What do they want...fire one round and wait to see what he does? Ask a marine how many rounds of 556 it takes to down a charging haji? You fire until the threat is neutralized.

The fact that the officer was not aware of the strong arm robbery moments prior (as is being reported) means that Brown knew he faced real trouble and the officer did not know why this big dude was behaving as he was. To the cop this big guy could have been strung out on drugs. At the end of the day Brown's behavior dictated the level of response. The rogue cop looking to assassinate a black kid just doesn't add up, they know it, and that's why the protests are taking on their own cause.

It's funny all the backtracking and rewriting of the story occuring as more and more of the story comes out.
