BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.


Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the District Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

A blowout fracture is a fracture of one or more of the bones surrounding the eye and is commonly referred to as an orbital floor fracture. (AAPOS)

This comes after St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter tweeted out last night that a dozen local witnesses confirmed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s version of the Brown shooting story.

If only the public realized the extremely strict training, testing especially to be a cop, or how the life of a cop with kids is not so easy at all. You can't pay a Cop enough $$$ to dodge bullets, let alone take one.

My own passed brother was a LASD. He injured his back chasing a perp firing an AK-47 at him. He jumped a 6 ft. block wall, which had a 12 foot drop on the other side of said wall. 6'5" and 255lbs. Wearing 65lbs of armament/vest/ammo/guns/knives/ et al. He hurt his back enough to blow out 4 lumbar discs...

the sad thing about all this, is after 3 back surgeries, with the installation of 3 lag bolts, (get this-bolts were 5/16s in diameter, mine are only 1/8" diameter, his bolts looked like the shit I saw in AC installations). Anywho- he had a fatal heart attack as a result of being released in shock from his last surgery. Only 37 yrs old by one week, he left behind 2 angelic kids. His Wife also a LASD, was hit head on a year later by a drunk driver, she broke every bone in her body, and is now a vegetable, and will never walk, talk, et al.

Life's a bitch until you step in a Cops shoes, then its a living Hellish Nightmare.....

One last note: a Cop in a disabled condition in Caly, has to go to Doc's who can only refer these men and women, to Surgeon's who are so f'kng old, they shouldn't be practicing at all. In fact my brother's surgeon, was the only one he was allowed to work on him.

The surgeon, a retired doc, who only took Workmen's Comp patients.

Now isn't that special, a Cop can only see a WC POS Doc, who should not be practicing at all.

In other words, Welfare recipients get better health care than injured cops in caly at least, prob in other states too. A f'kng shame, Firemen get the same too....go fkng figure....!

I don't see the connection with Zimmerman. That guy was just asshole. If he had listened to the cops & obeyed the orders to stand down nothing happens. Yes it is a tragedy....one that changed my life forever, not for the better either......a great kid who was 14 yrs my younger. My only brother with 6 sisters. He meant the world to me. In all honesty when he was 8 my parents got divorced and he came to live with me and my wife and 3 young boys. My brother was more a Son to me, as said, a Parent never gets over the grief of the loss of a child....!

Me, I cry ever fkng week, as I miss that boy who I spoke with every single day of his life, including but an hour prior to his heart attack. I was waiting for him to come and pick me up, to help when the phone rang, I thought it was him saying, I'm on my way. Instead it was the LASD who came to my house, the very moment I was supposed to be with him. To give me the very bad news.

His wife, there's a helluva story there too, which I will reserve for now.....

I just don't think that the general public understand the psychological testing cops go through. Racists just don't make it on the force, cities don't want the civil and federal rights liabilities. You want to know why their aren't more black or other color cops? Its because people of minority race have skewed views on justice and tend to be reverse racist themselves. I'm sorry but those were the facts observed by my dad after 30 years as a LEO. Even with major affirmative action drivers, they just didn't get the numbers of qualified minority recruits that could pass psyche.

When my dad went into the secret service, they interviewed 200-500 references. The FBI told my dad they had 2 negative reports out of 500....and he named them....he passed. Now cops don't go through that level, but interviews, references and phycological eval is standard procedure. We don't have more minority cops because they don't meet our standards for being peace officers.

No one wants the police profession watered down. So we have to ask the hard questions. The community leaders that protest are as much of their own long term problems. Justice begins at home. When I see a cop, I see the badge and the color blue....not white yellow or brown. Too many minorities think that law can be selectively applied...that isn't justice. Your right on the money Tom. Watching my Little BIG brother going thru the LASD Academy, the testing to get into the Academy, then thru it to pass, and get your badge is something about 1 out of 3000 people can pass. A high rate of Cadets DO NOT pass the Academy testing.

Testing is so intense, the psych testing alone, goes on for days. Again, about 50% of Cadets who pass the 1st psych test out of several, often fail during later, more intense testing. The initial test to gain entrance into the Academy is where 1 out of 3000 fail.


I can't say enough, to add to what you've already stated. My Bro passed with flying colors, and was the epitome of a GOOD Deputy.

Get this my sister 18 yrs. my younger majored in Criminal Psychology at Cal Poly Pomona. She FAILED, the initial psych testing for the LASD, LAPD, San Bernadino Deputy, FBI, and several other Law Enforcement agencies. All this with a Master's in Psych, and She failed over and over. So much for her degree, Her Diploma is now good for only toilet paper.

Everyone on this post, needs to look at many videos of Cops being shot injured or Killed by law breakers, often during a routine traffic stop. There's more You Tube videos, which reveal as much. What's the differences? NONE......all those videos show Cops simply doing their jobs, without provoking the thugs, then get shot. Most of those guys have kids too.

So the draw dropper this morning was the reaction to a quote from an LAPD officer and professor (criminal justice) that said to the effect...."if you don't want to be taxed, pepper sprayed, shot, beaten with a baton, etc. You must follow the instruction of the police officer(s) you have encountered. Then everyone will end up safe."

And the talking head on TV said....yeah but do people know this and understand this?

OMFG! This is what we get for generations of gold stars just for showing up, etc. Rules don't apply to people, everything is a negotiation, etc. Heck we have a govt that brags about selective application of the rule of law. Yes people...cops are the most black and white mechanism you'll find next to a judge.

That said I'm pretty worried that this cop doesn't get a fair shake. And if that happens, there's another tipping point that will make the protesters look like Sunday school. If cops decide to sit out, things will get ugly real fast.
