OT: Has the Eastern Conference ever been THIS bad?

I've watched the NBA for 18 years and never have I seen such a weak conference. 4th-8th seed with losing records?

That tweet about wanting to play the Eastern Conference every game is becoming less and less controversial.

Good find. Still think this years eastern conference is worse though so far.
