How about this 3 way?
Orlando out: Gortat, Bass, Pietrus, A. Johnson
Orlando in: Boozer, Webster, Koufos
Utah Out: Boozer, Kirilenko, Koufos, Price
Utah in: Przybilla, Blake, outlaw, Bass, Pietrus, Johnson, Mills
Portland Out: Przybilla, Blake, outlaw, webster, Mills
Portland in: Gortat, Kirilenko, Price
Orlando adds another star to their team in Boozer. Replace Pietrus with Webster. Johnson is their 3rd string PG, included for salary purposes. Lose a bit on front court depth, by replacing Gortat with Koufos.

Utah sheds salary, and manages to get themselves under the LT with this deal. Removing over 4.5 million from this season's salaries. They also save close to 3 million next season, providing Joel stay sunder contract. Would be a lot more if he opted out. They also add decent bench pieces for the future in Pietrus and Bass, with millsap moving to the starting spot. Primarily a financial move for them, but they can stay competitive at least.
For Portland, they replace Webster with Kirilenko, and add Gortat to their front line. Would probably be better served waiting until Rudy is back, to replace Blake. Adds salary to next season, for sure, but Kirilenko would then be a large expiring contract, which could hold some value for us.
Adds a little over 5 million in salary to next season, but would have our salary at around 61 million or so.

Gortat/Pendergraph
It adds long term salary in Gortat, that maybe we're unwilling to take on, with Pendergraph playing decent. But it at least affords us another decent C to insure against injury. Or, another trade chip of a 7 footer on an alright contract. I think it keeps us competitive, if not improves us this season, and doesn't hurt long term depth or flexibility.
