The notion that Shaq can't practice both getting into the playoffs and pregame routines is a bit odd. Sounds a lot like Coach K's remarks about Obama needing to focus on the economy and not his brackets. Can't he do both?

I feel he has special consideration from the league's direction of the refs, or he would foul out in the first quarter every game. I attribute his success to a rigged league, his incredible size, and the talented players he has played with. I seriously don't think he has any more basketball talent than Mark Eaton had. Just a free pass.

Interesting responses . . . I thought both pre-game routines were funny. And I don't find them much different than some of the other team's boring routines such as jumping up and down in a team circle chanting or doing flying chest bumps with teammates.

I like Ed's comment . . . becuase if you're going to do that, you better have the game to back it up. So my vote goes to Lebron becuase his team can back up their antics while Phx isn't even a playoff team.

But I'll give it up to Shaq for having the nads to mock Lebron and co. pregame ritual.

I found it kind of funny, but pretty lame as well if they do this before every game. It'd be amusing if Roy did it once, but after awhile, I think I'd get tired of it.
