OT: Markelle Fultz

Fultz does need a change of scenery just from a mental standpoint. Then some serious sports psychologist work along with tireless muscle memory work. Doc Rivers talked about going through something like this (not to the same degree) after he had a shoulder injury while he was playing.

I might take a flyer on him if I were Phoenix. He has no place here though. I hope he figures his shit out. I don't expect it though. He's like D'Angelo Russell with a completely broken jump shot and total lack of confidence in himself.

Sixers need to make Jeff Hornacek an offer he can't refuse. He's the one who worked with Wesley Matthews to make him a very good 3pt shooter.

Fultz/Simons would be an interesting duo down the road.

That's if, of course, Fultz can overcome these "yips."

Fultz had a shooting coach. He couldn't get through to Fultz either.

He is a mystery. Let it remain. Nobody wants him.

His shoulder and wrist is still screwed.

The team says he's healthy, others say he is hurt. This makes no bloody sense to me. The team has a big investment in this kid, but he and his agent have essentially accused them of medical malpractice. Why would the team put his health at risk? If the problem is truly physical, it is in their selfish interest to get it fixed. OTOH, what is Fultz's motive to fake an injury? Somebody has screwed this situation up royally. (or is that bigley?):dunno:

Him being unhealthy is the only thing that makes sense.

...mental health maybe, but both Fultz and his agent had a different story two weeks ago both saying health was not an issue so what gives :dunno:

Anyone interested in bringing him back to the Pacific Northwest (at a bargain price)?

I know we all want to throw the reins to Scoot, and we're already trying to trade Anfernee, but we literally have NO OTHER POINT GUARD, and he's still pretty young. A good rehabilitation prospect?

He's interesting because I can't really see what team would go for him otherwise. Maybe the Wizards, a la Valanciunas?

He had a pretty good season two seasons ago. Very steady and consistent.
