Pinot Gris....totally unrelated to Pinot Noir....is a chef's wine. Anyone that is a pg snob doesn't really cook, especially in the summer.

Watching my wife and her dad prepare a summer lunch always involves an ice cold bottle of PG. Its 5 o'clock somewhere....
