Actually, I pop on there so irregularly, I just don't want to take the energy to say "hi" to everyone. So, I'll just use a moniker no one knows and post quietly. I didn't really troll anyone who didn't deserve it (Def8 and amehl certainly did). My multiple monikers were created to avoid a ban and for the aforementioned reason.

Well, on the the 'yes' side, he's been banned before from BBF.

On the 'no' side, BenDavis503 was banned, but that was for constant personal attacks. As far as I know, OIG didn't partake in such attacks.

Then again, on the 'yes' side, Davis/Hansbrough/Rubio/Cunningham did change his screen persona and pledge to a posting life of no personal attacks in the immediate aftermath of the OIG ban.

On the 'no' side, I can't imagine a puppet account would have another puppet account simultaneously.

Call in the experts.
 
Can't the mods see the IP address if OIG and just delete any account created with that IP address?
 
I would guess the mods can see the IPs... so they known who is posting under multiple accounts. I once pondered if Mixim was a Laker fan and perhaps an ex-blazer (or current) that was really pissed at something they read here and just decided to try to ruin everyone's fun. That would be classic if true... buy way too much effort than I think someone would go through... especially since he posted on other boards including football.

My biggest gripe over at BBF was that he was starting half the threads... and even if you ignored him it bumps half the other threads off the main page. I like contrary opinions... I don't come here just to read everything I already think and somehow feel better about myself. But Mixim... he was a rare breed. I will say that he actually participated in threads a lot more here than at BBF. That is positive I suppose.

You are asking seriously? It is a string of numbers, e.g. 76.91.333.22, which represent your address on the web. That is, the numbers tell other computers where to find your computer.

Yeah, I don't anything about that shit. I just turn it on. ( just like your sister) And if any of your computers try to come and find my computer, it is on!
