A different local NYC article says, she says that in a Valentines Day argument 11 days ago, he waved the gun but did not point it at her. A former paralegal, she's studying to be a lawyer on his dime. 4 days after provoking the argument, she had him served with divorce papers, saying he has gotten a girlfriend after previous arguments. She said she'd turn in the gun, which was in the house, to police. So he tried to give the gun to his own lawyer, but the lawyer wouldn't accept it because it's unregistered, out of fear of being busted himself. So 11 days after the argument, the wife brought it to her lawyer, who had no qualms about handling it while taking it to the police with the gorgeous wife...
