Just wanted to thank the blazers organization for coming to La Grande for a visit.

Rip City Relay

I got my old (but pristine) official Jerome Kersey jersey signed by Jerome and got to talk to Mike Barrett - fun stuff.

I've never actually met anyone on this forum, so I asked Mike if HCP was there, but alas he was actually working elsewhere. My 15 year old son got to play ball and he enjoyed that. However, as this was his first game of pickup, he found out how much people swipe at the ball whether your arms are in their way or not! Got a pic with Barrett and the producer says he's going to send it to HCP to get to me. I hope this happens.

I think the relay is great! Allows fans like yourself who never get a chance to interact with the guys a chance!

My youngest two have only taken an interest in basketball in the last year, and of course they've become fanatics. My second youngest (who's on these forums) has the last 10 drafts pretty much memorized!
