By the simple fact that Portland is only 1 game in the loss column ahead of the Rockets, the Spurs and Clippers are also on the Blazers heels.

There is no such thing as a jinx. People who think that by speaking something it suddenly makes the opposite happen by say "magic", need their heads examined...

Which will only matter if we end up with the same record as any of those. If somehow those three teams all passed us and we end up with the 6th best record in the conference, our division title would basically mean bupkis.

It would mean a 4 seed which helps which team we play.
 
Rockets are primed for a lot of tumbling. They'll definitely fall to 6th. 7th is possible. No MVP, Rockets fans.

Yet, still 2 games better than the Blazers, who remain locked in the 5th seed with 4 other teams maneuvering around them. Most likely, any team you play including the Rockets you'll be playing on the road, so you are bragging about what again? Being 5th in the west? You guys are better than that lol.

Had your team not played in the worst division in the west (While the Rockets play in one of the best division in the history of the NBA) you'd have been 'tumbling' down the standings too.
 
Houston is 53-26, won 7 of their last 10.

A 4th seed that starts the series on the road defeats the entire purpose of being a 4th seed. Really record wise you're the 6th seed, but since the current rules don't allow you from dropping in the standings you'll be playing on the road to start the series any ways. I've never seen a fan so happy about being the 5th seed and bragging about it no less...

We are the 4th seed which means we don't have to play 3rd seed. Deal with it. Right now, YOUR team is the 6th seed and it your team faces the Spurs, your team will get swept. I hope you get 5 seed though cuz we would destroy you.
