And whatever happened to acting our age? This is 40 year old acting like a juvenile.

Not surprised in the slightest. Shaq often acts pretty immature, and definitely has impulse issues. This is just a really bad example of him not fully thinking about what he was doing. Shame on him and the others for this, society needs to be more accepting and compassionate. You should never make fun of some one for the way they were born, because in doing so you are disrespecting the fact that we are all gifted to have life.

Are we sure shaq knew of the disability? The guy doesn't look far from being a rapper with weird teeth. Shaq is a dumbass but I am not sure he is that bad.

Memo to anybody connected with the "Respect" campaign for Lillard. This is a great chance for Lillard to really stand up for somebody who just wanted to post his face on Instagram.

I bet that would put him on Shaqs shit list. As ridiculous as if sounds I have the feeling that shaq knows when he is wrong, but wants everyone else to tell him that he was right.

Who cares? Would it be better if he was making fun of a rapper with weird teety? WTF?

Who cares? Mumbles O'Neal is a year or two away from Kobe Bryant taking his job on that set.

As an up and coming star it would beget Lillard to be good in the books of all other previous superstars. No one is going to attack Lillard for not getting involved in this situation. His campaign isn't built on personally defending everyone who is bullied, and the foundation of that campaign won't be jeopardized if he keeps his focus on his team, and winning.

Good point. Kobe is very eloquent.

He's going to be a great NBA commentator/analyst, if that's what he wants to do after his career. I can see him being a Steve Kerr, who can do TV and also teams want to employ, and succeeding at both.

People do stupid stuff trying to get a laugh or get followers. If any of the boneheads who mocked this man are contrite and make gesture to demonstrate remorse and do something to uplift the mocked-man, I'll consider it a mistake and lesson to live and learn. But if shaq or Burke make no effort to remedy the situation, then they truly are scum of the earth.

Shaq and Trey Burke Mock Man......

Is what your title should have been, if a rapper would make no difference.

I get the feeling you were among the thousands of people mocking this man, too.
I get the feeling you still don't know me very well. I was a wicked kid who would have been likely to tease the poor guy. I will be 40 this year and would smack the shit out of someone making fun of someone with a condition like that. Shaq included. Uppercut to the balls.

I don't know you at all, chief.

I don't know why either of you chiefs are arguing though. Both are right, making fun of people, with disabilities is the lowest of the low. Way worse than making fun of some one for having a jacked up grill. I don't condone picking on people, but surely you must acknowledge the difference...

If Shaq didn't think it was wrong, then why is his photo on Instagram deleted?

Making fun of someone with a jacked up grill who you don't know, and when you have hundreds of thousands of followers to your page, is still a horrible thing to do to someone.
