No I don't consider Aldridge playing besides too good rebounders for part of the season a valid arguement. The reason why? I watch the games, and know better. I suggest you do the same, because it isn't even a valid argument as to which player is better. Are you saying Aldridge is better than Amare? If so state it. Amare would be an upgrade across the board. Amare has been to several all star games, and those visits to it, are not flukes. He also has vast playoff experience, and would be a valid 2nd scorer with Brandon, where we cannot depend on Aldridge right now in that arena, and the games right now where he should be stepping up, but is instead choosing to step out, are prime examples of that. I also don't buy the Aldridge being hurt for the games right now. Earlier this season, maybe. But he appears to be moving fine to me. He just isnt' getting it done.
The facts are when Roy is out, our 2nd scorer should be getting into the 20's every night. It's not happening. That is because we don't have a second scorer.
