Worked a 16 hour shift, got home in time for the last quarter and a half of Blazers beating down the lakers, while watching the series on my phone. Figured I'd just stay up for the end of the baseball game and didn't realize it would be 2am here by the finish! Alarm went off at 7 and back at the grind for 16 more hours, today is going to be BRUTAL! At least HCP should be in a neutral mood today, I can only imagine how he is when the dodgers and lakers both lose!

Should've been a Padre, because if he went there and won a world series, the man would never have to pay for anything ever again in San Diego. In LA he's just another "we're supposed to get superstars" player.

That's what sucks about baseball, none of the Padre type teams could afford Ohtani 700 million.

They have already made 700 million from him being on the team at this point. I kind of think any team with him would make that money also. Maybe not as fast but they would cover the contract.
