How is there not a single local news source with an update about Nurk?

About potential trades?

About potential signings?

We are getting all our information from guys on the board and @hoopsjock

Our local journalists are worthless. They clearly have no inside sources. Nurk not signing is a story, and yet none of them have it.

Actually, when I was working for NBAtalk.com with Chad Ford, I was making a flat $500 a month. I don't even know how many hours I was working, but I was 19 years old so I didn't care.

When we got bought out by ESPN, the cheap fuckers only paid me the same $500.... but I was too young to know better and I was just pumped to sign a contract with ESPN.

Eventually I got tired of working for less than minimum wage and they bumped me up to a wopping $1000 a month!

Hoopsworld didn't pay me a dime.

$500/mo divided by 168 hours per month (40/wk x 4.2) = $2.97/hour. Pretty close guess. And if you worked more than 40/wk (easy to do), you fit right in that range of $2/hr.

We don't have any cap space so thats not the reason.

Sounds like we may be exploring sign and trades sending out Nurk, but if that doesn't happen we will resign him. No other teams are interested in him with cap room, so there is little risk he bolts for nothing.

2.97* 700% = $20.79 per hour as an energy consultant.

No what sucks is the ESPN Free Agency Show that hardly covered FA. It was the Durant/Cryeee Irving Escapade ball licking fest. I remember the Rachal Nichols hosted, slot machine lever, fire extinguisher blasting, funfest that was setting off the sirens every time a signing was announced by Woj, Windy, or other source. It's about FA freaks, Not Durant. Put that crap on 2. What a waste of 2 hours. Complete Trash.
 
Not even the Perkins/Jefferson brew ha ha could save it.

The whole news cycle had already been about Durant and Kyrie for a week. No need to have it also be the main focus during all of free agency. Completely agree.
 
Is an easy gig, your only qualification is being able to peak through the blinds…
