That could prove interesting. ;) Have either played any guard this season?

From: O-Live Blazers Report

Point guard Steve Blake injured his right hand Monday night when he got his fingers caught in the jersey of Kobe Bryant on the last play of the first half in the Blazers' victory over the Lakers. At Tuesday's practice, Blake only used his left hand, saying he wanted to protect his injured fingers but would definitely play against Dallas. ... Rookie point guard Jerryd Bayless was sent home from Tuesday's practice because of flu-like symptoms. With Rudy Fernandez already out because of chest and hip injuries suffered against the Lakers, coach Nate McMillan said he might use Travis Outlaw and Nicolas Batum at guard for short stints ... Outlaw is averaging 18 points over the last four games ... The Blazers are 8-2 at home against the top nine teams in the Western Conference, including blowout wins over San Antonio and the Lakers in an eight-day span. ... The Blazers are 27-5 at the Rose Garden, their best 32-game home record since 1990-1991 (28-4).

^^^^Wow^^^^

Neither is a great ballhandler but with Roy and Sergio at PG, they could play a catch and shoot role against SG's, and could defend adequately.

Starting the game with a one-handed Blake would be a serious mistake.

Joghn Hollinger just said on Courtside that the top three teams with the loudest/effective fans were Portland, Boston, and Utah.

Let's not forget BRoy's shot against the Rockets.

and Finley, Jack's and Salmons (iirc) missed open shots that would've won. It basically evens out.
