It's perfectly obvious, isn't it?
Paul and Jody were using the security detail as their private harem! Pitchforks! Torches! Moral outrage! :MARIS61:
I do have to think it's a terribly bad idea to fuck with a former FBI agent; this guy was probably taking notes and collecting "evidence" the whole time he was witnessing whatever maleficence Jody and Paul were up to (allegedly).
Turner described the work environment at Vulcan as “hostile”...“My ethics and morals are not aligned with those demonstrated by the Vulcan culture.”
RoseHaley told the court..."in my opinion the legal consequences of their actions showed Vulcan to be a company that was internally conflicted over how to please the Allens, and what was reasonable to expect of Vulcan employees in an effort to satisfy the personal needs of Paul and Jody Allen.”

All that the 3 security people allege is that Paul and his sister had unspecified bad behavior. Since they're all recent government employees, they're used to big-company bureaucracies. I'm guessing that Paul and Jody yelled at them like they were servants. Which they were. Note that one of the 3 had been employed a month there and one other only a few months. They wouldn't do this if they couldn't go after deep pockets.
Dude you do realize that one of the people who quit stating unethical decisions and conduct was a formal Navy Seal, right? I am pretty sure the dude could handle being yelled at. I have no idea what they are claiming happened with Jody and Paul, but I am fairly certain it is more than just being yelled at.
