Never park at PDX. tomorrow flying to BC for 24 hrs for work and the company I'm working for will pay for my parking. Wondering where the closest short term parking spots are. I don't wanna park way out and shuttle in.

Never mind, this new GOOGLE thing is great!

It's funny given how much you fly you are still a parking virgin.

I recently had the opportunity to park in both the new long-term parking structure, and also the employee parking lot, so I think I've parked in every Port of Portland lot there is (not all of the private lots, however).

do you have mike barrett wipe your ass when you guys are on a road trip?

When I lived in Chicago, I used to park in short-term parking no matter how long I was gone. When I passed through the gates, I said I had lost my ticket and had left that morning. The penalty for losing a ticket was one day, or around $18. Then O'Hare and Midway got smart and started photographing license plates. For a couple of years, however, it was pretty sweet. Covered parking rocks in the middle of summer and the dead of winter in the Chicagoland area.

I never park at the airport. Vehicles get broken into. I park at one of those 'park & fly' places. Cheaper, more secure...

I used to have the wife drop me off and pick me up (only about 10 minutes from SeaTac). Since she got pregnant (and now with the baby) I'm expecting more taxi rides.
