I recently started re-watching old NewsRadio episodes and I forgot how funny Phil Hartman is, sorry was. The guy was amazing, so quick, and at the same time very charming. Whether he was playing the nicest guy in the world or Bill McNeal he would draw you in from behind you TV screen.
