screw the P.A.
If they had any interest in their player, Darius Miles, they'd be telling him to take his money and WALK.....Walk, while he still can....walk away from the game. His knee is a time bomb waiting to go off. Likely it will happen sooner rather than later.
Both Boston and Memphis said that his knee was fine.
Both Boston and Memphis said that his knee was fine.
Both Boston and Memphis said that his knee was fine.
So did his agent.
All of them have agendas, and NONE of them cite credible medical sources.
Go ahead, name ONE frigging doctor that says his knee is medically sound.
You can't.
Because there aren't any. And there won't be. Not even a stooge whore type doctor of the kind doctors hire to testify and render their opinion in lawsuits. And the reason is the MRI shows conclusively the condition of Miles knee.
Just because he can run and jump doesn't mean it isn't going to break if he continues to do so. Which is what the doctors told him would happen if he continues to play against their advice.
Interesting. Is that why he didn't practice or play on consecutive days with either team? Is that why he was cut by both teams?
You're talking out of your ass simply to troll.
Both the Celtics and Grizzlies told me independently -- and before the Blazers' e-mail came to light -- that Miles, while still working to get in shape, didn't have any physical limitations brought on by the microfracture surgery he underwent on his right knee in 2006.
A source said the Celtics waived Miles for a couple of reasons: the strong camp of forward Brian Scalabrine and because it would be cheaper for Boston to keep a rookie like second-round pick Bill Walker as its 12th man than a veteran like Miles, who would make a minimum $1.14 million this season as an eighth-year player.
The same legue and NBAPA that has said it would back Darius had a Dr look at him that said he shouldn't play anymore. Not that he couldn't.
The Blazers did so much damaged to Miles that he signed an NBA contract within hours of the email being sent.
I'll say it again. The players' union should pray that Miles doesn't go against cap space, because if he does, it's one less huge potential FA contract this off-season for a member of the union.
Watching the homers squirm in their defense of the Blazers is hilarious.
It was temporary. Both times.

Bad call by you.
You have no fucking clue what you're talking about.

Bad call by you.
Thanks for the feedback. It will be taken under advisement.
I read Milkshake's nonsense in every thread.
No need to swear at me either, is there, Ed?
That's your bad. There is an "ignore" feature you can use if he bugs you.
What need could there be? I curse for emphasis. And you have no fucking clue what you're talking about.

A mod moved a non-sports OT thread to the OT forum where it belongs. Get over it, or cry about it and then get over it.
You moved a thread dedicated to a Blazer fan who had as a final wish the chance to attend a Blazer game.
Or wasn't that you? I don't curse for emphasis, BTW. I respect people, dead or alive. Just confess as to who moved Katie Shearer's thread.
