Johnny Flynn and T-Will just got waived by the Pistons.
Sondiata Gaines got waived by (I think) New Jersey
Blake Ahearn also got waived.

If Williams is available (and uninjured), I think he's a better player than Holiday.

T-Will must be a total nutcase. He could be Ron Artest II with his talent.

Chris Douglas Roberts was waived as was Kyrylo Fesenko

Fesenko is waived while Rasheed Wallace has a roster spot with the Knicks.

CDR was a hot topic here a few years ago.

Looks like he's available now, and it wouldn't even be part of a package for LMA.

He had the big problem that the Kings are having with Evans. No one is sure what position he should play and he has no clue either.

Guy is a former lottery pick and is BRoy-esque. As a 2 guard he's a scorer and facilitator. He just doesn't have that sweet BRoy jumper.

It wouldn't hurt. This team needs talent and Terrence Williams is essentially free talent. If it doesn't work you send him on his way. We already know Nolan sucks.

Williams is also able to be an absolute bulldog on defense. Long, high motor, quick on his feet, big enough to body up...

You guys make Terrence Williams sound pretty good! I don't know much about him, but the 4 teams he's been with in his 3 year career musn't have been too impressed with him.

He got traded by Billy King, cut by the same guy who cut Jeremy Lin and got picked up by SAC for the rest of last year...only to be cut by Joe Dumars in this year's training camp. Yeah, I'm not willing to call him "Done" yet.

T-Will needs the right coach. Essentially, Phil Jackson. But when I saw him play he was one of the most selfish players I've ever seen.

and got picked up by SAC for the rest of last year...

Speaking of the same decision-maker who had just cut an outstanding player, the Kings brain trust signed Williams to a 10-day contract 2 days after they cut J. J. Hickson.

I'm starting to see some interesting names and there are still a lot of names to be waived as teams get to 15 players.

Do the Blazers dare waive Nolan (who still has two years left of a guarenteed contract?) to take a flyer on one of these waived players or even Karl?

He's a little bit of a nut, that's why.

The basketball talent is unquestionably there.

I thought Curry was a lock to stay on with the Spurs.

In the games I've watched he looked really solid.

Only big name I've seen waived was Quentin Richardson, whom the Magic still owe over $5mil. Oh, and Flip Murray by the Griz. Oh, and Daniel Orton by the Thunder.
Others:
Marqus Blakely (didn't he look good in Summer League) by the Clips
Ronald Dupree and Jerome Jordan also by the Griz.
Andrew Goudelock by the Lakers (and he actually played for them last year) as well as Darius Johnson-Odom

Chris Wright and Solomon Alabi by the Hornets.
Mustapha Farrakhan, Eddie Gill, Orien Greene and Alando Tucker by the Bucks.

Alabi and Orton might be worthwhile to look at as big-man projects. I know I'm not the only Alabi fan on here.

As for Orton: proof why you don't take the backup center freshman from the NCAA Championship team averaging 3/3 with a first-round pick.

Are Shelvin Mack or Forbes better than Price and/or Nolan?

In the few preseason games they aired down here, Flip Murray actually looked like he could still play. I never really understood why he fell out of the league in the first place. Jerome Jordan also looked like he should be in the NBA. He's a physical freak of nature that can actually run the floor.

The Daniel Orton waiving is pretty surprising. I know the kid is pretty talentless, but did the Thunder really think he was worse than Thabeet? That's a cautionary tale for all of the guys who want to 1-and-done at Kentucky.

Also, DJO being cut is disappointing. He really wouldn't have had an impact on the Lakers, but you have to feel bad for the second round picks that don't make the final roster of 15.

EDIT:

You can find the full list of transactions here -

Some other notable cuts are veteran centers Dan Gadzuric and Jamaal Magloire, as well as veteran forward Kelenna Azubuike, who couldn't make a successful comeback from his knee injury in '09.
