Thats what I'm trying to understand, something about that doesnt sound correct. But I could be wrong. If you are not already a season ticket holder then how would you get playoff tickets for this year by getting season tickets for next year?

why did I get no Pm's? Oh Well, I just sold them on ebay for a shitload more than I was offering it to you guys.

Yeah, we can pick them up at the Lakers game on April 10th!!
My wife is having a huge 50th birthday party on Friday April 24th, with a band and all. But I've got a bad feeling that we might have a game that night. Now, if we could get HCA it would be an away game and I could DVR it.
Bottom line - my wife says I have to be at the party . . .
Anybody know if home playoff games will be on KGW (or TNT) so I can at least DVR it (cough) comcast sucks (cough)?
It will be an east coast series that TNT will ignore...always is the case
I just got my notification to pick up the tickets in the email.![]()
I haven't got that email and I'm surprised that they would send it out when we haven't mathematically clinched a playoff birth."Playoff Ticket Pick-Up Information
Tickets will be available for pick up:
Beginning April 10th (Trail Blazers vs. Lakers) at the Season Ticket Services Headquarters located by Entry A-6.
April 13th-17th 8:30AM to 5:30PM in Suite 100 near the Box Office lobby.
Please bring this e-mail along with picture ID to receive your tickets plus receive a $5 voucher AND a reusable grocery bag!
If you would like your tickets shipped via UPS, we will be shipping tickets out April 13th. Please click here and fill out the form with the address you would like your tickets shipped to. Please note - UPS does not ship to PO Boxes."
There will probably be a torrent of the game if it's not on KGW, so at least you'd be able to download a video of the game, probably a few hours to a day afterwards.Anybody know if home playoff games will be on KGW (or TNT) so I can at least DVR it (cough) comcast sucks (cough)?

If you didn't get the email it's because your seats have been seized for the benefit of the media. Bummer dude.

Not long ago, Johnson got a package from the Trail Blazers. In it was everything he'd need to renew his tickets for next season, and all the information he'd want about playoff tickets for this season.
The first thing he noticed? His seat might be relocated for the playoffs. Why? Media seating, he was told.
And a problem mandated by NBA corporate in New York.
"Technically," she said, "everything is the league designate, but in the playoffs they really come in and take control of our manifest."
"Thanks," . . . For making sure we, the media, have proper seating. But did the league really need four sections? "Usually we have to kill two seats for every media member," McIntyre said. . . . They have to put up tables and monitors . .
The NBA doesn't need four sections -- unless we're talking about the Finals, when 500media seats are required -- and they don't take up the full section, just parts of each.
I hope they relocate my seats because they can't get any worse!Actually, there is something about season ticket holders losing seats to the media, as this February column from the O describes:

Yes I am...Are you a full season ticket holder?
Thanks, I'll shoot him an email. I've had good luck communicating with mine as well...Tince, I hadn't recieved mine either so I emailed my rep and he sent me back the same information provided here in the thread. My email address needed updating, perhaps they've had an issue with your address also. I will say this, my season ticket rep is great about emailing me back right away whenever I had a question. I'd try getting in touch with yours, as apperantley they'd like to know how you'll be picking up your tickets.
