Westbrook is in a back corner of the visitors’ locker room whispering, “mommy!”

...or was it "daddy!" :dunno:

I'm really sad that the Blazers probably can't afford to retain Curry. He's a fantastic player to bring off the bench.
Seriously.
When you watch Dame drive and the defense collapse around him and block off CJ and Dame tosses that pass out to Seth you just know he is gonna drain that shot. The entire Thunder team would just wilt. Shoulders would sag. Drag their feet.

IT WAS GLORIOUS!

Then he did it again to Mo and they almost cried.

Then he did it again to Seth again and there was no more Thunder in anything they were doing. Westbrook pretty much quit.

Did anyone keep track of how many times Blazers picked a Thunder dribbler's pocket? Seemed like there were a LOT! I think our on-ball perimeter defense was arguably the biggest key to this game.
Dame got three. two really good ones from Russ.

I noticed Paul George has a slow dribble and Harkless has his number. He will continue to give PG fits.

Dude, you have to be prepared. You'll learn. This is what I did:

I was home with my 2 year old today. She's at that awkward time where she's usually not tired for a nap but if she doesn't get a nap gets super cranky. My wife has a rule that she needs to be awake by 3 if she does take a nap so that she'll go to bed at her normal time. Well today I could see her rubbing her eyes acting real tired but she wouldn't go down for a nap. Around 4:00 I snuggled with her on the couch knowing she'd fall asleep. At about 5:30 I started making dinner and was "surprised" when my wife got home that she was asleep on the couch. So she slept until after 6 ha ha ha ha ha. When it was time for bed she wasn't tired and there was no way she would go to sleep so she got to stay up with me! My 6 year old is a heavy sleeper so I didn't bother him at all. I scared her a few times yelling but most of the time she was laughing and high fiving me. She has no clue what was going on but you could tell she was happy that I was happy. Anyway, no worries about waking her up tonight!
Very dangerous though. You could end up scaring her for life on a few too many missed shots or Scott Foster foul calls.

Like it or not, I thought that was a good call. Foster also made some great calls for us.
Very questionable. Leonard got the ball pretty much at the peak. We all watched it about 4 times in the arena and it was tough.
The problem was not really that call but the absolute wide open cross body block Adams gave Meyers to his back and the latching onto his shoulder on consecutive plays. Then calling the foul when Adams sat down on the court.
What i watched was the Blazers decide not to let the Refs get to them and they just took the game out of their control. As soon as they did that the calls were just fine. Stotts did a great job of talking Meyers out of his own head as well as Harkless. Dame had a hand in that also. When Mo had to come out due to his 4th foul Dame went to the sidelines and spoke directly to him. Great leadership.

Scott Foster already showing his road team favoritism. And then promptly reverses himself lol
He overruled the baseline ref who was right there. What was so ridiculous was that the ball clearly sailed out between Adams' hands, and Kanter's hands were DOWN BY HIS SIDES. It took both other refs to tell him he was wrong before he reversed it.
