Hey, didn't realize that "TheSebastianExpress" is a mod over there.

Be nice to her--she's awesome.
WHAT! They let a chick be mod? This isn't going to end well. Could you even imagine if they did that HERE!

No doubt team in a good situation but need to keep in mind they have won nothing yet. Put their sneakers on OKC throats and keep them there.

Now I need help from you. Unfortunately Passover got scheduled during the playoffs. Tomorrow is my brother's Seder and TV will not be on. Depending on when Seder ends, game may still be on. If only a few minutes I can sit in parked car with phone. If a whole quarter, no.
No national radio broadcast but sometimes at night I can pick up Portland station in car. What are call numbers of Blazers radio?
And could someone post or message a game summary? SF Chronicle gives Blazers all of two sentences.

In my dream world we put Collins on Westbrick at some point in the game and tell him to let Russ shoot anything beyond 20 feet, but nothing at the rim. Russ gets frustrated, sees Collins as punchable and goes at it.

Watching the last game, I wondered if Vanterool yelling at the guards to back off Westbrook was theater to try and get Russ to take the long shot. Dame should already know to let Russ shoot outside. Wondered if that was just to get under his skin.
Westbrick's mid-range game is pretty good. The Blazers have been pretty good at cutting that off, as well as PG's. Result: Neither have hurt us from three "yet".

I assumed there would have been a siting of the Boobs guy to tell me how horrible Westbrook has been.

And therein is the problem in this line of thinking. Any dose of reality would say that what happened in the past, say the Blazers' meltdown in 2000 vs. the Lakers, has zero influence on what happens in this year's playoffs. BUT...to the tinfoil hat wearers, all things painful in Blazers' history simply point to the "fact" that the basketball gods are out to get us and it's just a matter of time before they reach out and pull the wings off the current team just to watch us writhe in pain.
I'm not even referring to 19 years ago, I'm referring to just the past couple of years.

You can learn from the past to change the future though. Yesterday is yesterday. It only affects tomorrow negatively if you let it.

Uh huh. Still don't see anything wrong with being cognizant of history and not getting ahead of myself.

I'm just giving you crap. I get the concern about injuries. Personally, I don't ascribe to the notion that the Blazers are more cursed than any other franchise. These are guys playing a tough, physical sport and injuries are a commonplace fact of life.

Totally fine. Just seems your cognization runs closer to serious concerns, borderline paranoia.
Cant do you any good.

If you don't get at least one noise complaint you're doing it wrong.

For the record, at one point the Blazers were 10-15 on the road. They've been really good since going 11-5. I wouldn't call that being strong on the road all year though.
I would say that 10-15 is what would be expected? Isn’t the benchmark trying to get half as being good?

The uni colors are not important. Seeing Westbrick suffer and Adams falter,is what I want.

Is this the same guy that says there is no "Zone"?

All Portland really has to do is take care of home court, but momentum is a bitch in the playoffs so ideally they steal at least one on the road. The pressure is on OKC though. They have to win both.

If OKC wins game 3, I think both teams are going to be feeling a lot of pressure for game 4.

After getting swept in the regular season, there's still a notion that these first two games weren't actually an indication of the relative calibers of the two teams. Being the underdogs going into the series, the Blazers will reclaim that status if they're tied after this weekend.

They really need continue what they did in Portland. They held PG below 30 and really have kept Westbrook in check. But what the Blazers are really doing they making OkC work on both ends especially the last game. They making OKC shoot late in the shot clock a lot in the 2nd half last game so spending a lot energy to get open. Now Blazers also making them work on Defense too.
