Two words to describe how I'm feeling right now.....

First off, I commented on the post not the poster like the rules state I can. That's what the three 'asshats' as you so affectionately call them liked. Second, there are other people on here who thought the team would only win about 43 games but you don't see them poke and prod and needle every chance they get at the people who were a bit more optimistic for this team then others based of what happened last season like you do. Third, our win totals are only 'unrealistic expectations' because they didn't happen. You predicted 23 wins last season and were wrong so does that mean the rest of us were the realists and you were the one who was unrealistic and naive last year? But wait a minute, how can you be unrealistic and naive one year and have a realistic view another year when you claim you have a realistic view all the time? Quite the conundrum if you ask me.

Fourth, and this is where I am commenting on the poster, you are nothing more then a glorified AV nerd, so you calling everyone geeks and nerds is highly hypocritical and reeks of insecurity with oneself.

Lastly, Your intelligence is showing and it's drooling.
We had only 1 starter returning last year and lost tons of talent. My 23 win prediction was right in line with all the national writers and Vegas.....not a very unrealistic prediction to tell you the truth. Team played great and as a Blazer fan was very happy about it. I got killed for my prediction, but didn't care. My boys crushed my expectations. Shit I even told Dame what my prediction was.

As far as you attacking me and my career....... why does this even come in to play here. I'm very content with what I do, make a great living and love it. You haven't been here long enough to probably even understand my relationship with all the nerds on here. And insecurity is the LAST thing I'd ever have problem with.

I love my team and bust on guys who sometimes go a little overboard on here with the expectations. Thinking we will win the god damn championship every season and win 64 games with little talent doesn't make you or anybody more of a fan than somebody who tames their expectations. Gets frustrating on here having people put Dame and CJ and others on blast after a loss we had no chance at winning.

Step back and chill with the attacks young man, we are all Blazer fans here.

I'm sad that we don't get to see him play again this season.
I'm sad that there's no more Blazer basketball this season. It's a long winter (for me) where I go from multiple games, of multiple sports, on multiple days/nights; to one game of Australian Football a week. I suffer sport withdrawals.

Mostly though, I'll miss shooting the shit with you guys in game threads. I know there's lots of other threads, and lots of other discussions; but it's not the same as the shared experience of the highs, and lows of a game.

Really? Wow. I remember getting swept in 5 game series in 89. We went to Finals the following year.
That's what the ESPN graphic said, 1999 to the spurs was the only other time. Was that the strike season, Sean Elliot shot? We got swept?

@HCP Whoever came up with "the closers" segment should be fired for the disrespect.
I personally turn it every time that shit happens. Won't watch that bullshit.
It's not funny, it's 100% disrespectful.
Honestly I have kept away from the blazers broadcast as much as I could this season, often pulling up streams and just muting it. Colabro and Hurd are fucking terrible

I love the AFL Would easily trade our NFL for the AFL teams any day.

Bravo Dame! Thanks for your heart, and determination this season. You've had your ups, and downs, but kept on fighting to the end. Kudos.

And yet still not an All-Star according to the league. Dame will always be an All-Star to me.
