Sadly if you are correct, this is 100% what will happen next: If the Blazers come out Blazing (again), the refs will temper their calls and "game manage" the home Warriors right back into it by mid-way through the second quarter. (We've all seen this happen hundreds of times). If the Blazers again pull away, the refs will again manage the home team right back into it by the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter is where games are won or lost, and usually by (1) the home team and (2) the superior team. As much as we all want the Blazers to win, the Warriors are both of those things.I'm feeling pretty confident our Blazers took the Warriors antics from the last game personally and will come out strong in the 1st quarter without mercy. I've said it in a different thread, Warriors better be ready for their ass whipping. Blazers are bringing the series back to Portland, baby!
yeah, maybe we should come from behind this time? Surprise them at the end?Sadly if you are correct, this is 100% what will happen next: If the Blazers come out Blazing (again), the refs will temper their calls and "game manage" the home Warriors right back into it by mid-way through the second quarter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the Blazers can't win, and I will be rooting with every pore for the Blazers to win. I'm saying getting a big lead on the Warriors early is a recipe for the refs to take us out of our game, maybe get us in foul trouble, and hand momentum to a Warriors team that is already running down hill.
Tough order.
Go Blazers!
Thanks. It's good to hear from a humble Warriors fan.Good luck tonight, all I will say is as a Dubs fan, Warriors lost game 2 against the Grizzlies in the 2nd round on the game that the MVP ceremony was done. Tonight before the game they will do the ceremony again. I just hope its a different outcome this year. Either way great season for Portland and the fans, young new team with a great future ahead of them regardless of tonights outcome.
"Hey Dame if you play more like Curry you'll get one!"Damn, Dame has to watch in person as Curry gets the MVP award....cold
It was either him or Chris Paul. I'm glad it's Dame.Damn, Dame has to watch in person as Curry gets the MVP award....cold

I have no idea why the 2nd one is popular, I hate how it is designed.
Also if you have a FB account local news team enjoys doing a bunch of livestreams before the game. (Warning) It will most likely be Dub biased since its a local news station.
Now that might mean something. And BBert- that could hold. If they beat us, then beat Thunder in 5 or less, and Cavs in 5 or less, we'll be the only team to have beaten them twice.

As long as we win!yeah, maybe we should come from behind this time? Surprise them at the end?

On right now.TNT streams are showing the Toronto/Miami game. Will the Blazers be on after that?
