So I have a couple of questions about this that I'm too lazy to google:
1) Does only the first person capture a particular widget, or is it like the special olympics and everyone who shows up gets a prize?
2) Are the widgets placed by the game players for other game players, or is there some sort of a game master, or are they placed randomly (or otherwise?) by the game itself?

I don't do this, but I know an unfortunate number of people who do, so I believe (but am not fully certain) that the answers are:

1. First to find the pokemons and defeat the pokemons in battle gets the pokemons
2. The pokemons are placed by the game (whether randomly or by careful design, I do not know)
 
Pokemon Go, a game where all the twenty-something adults who grew up with Pokemon can once again experience the childhood nostalgia of cartoon animal pit fighting and imprisonment, without being mocked at by all your friends who had outgrown it long ago. Just be careful when you're adventuring out there, dangers may be lurking behind every corner: like this dark alley where you're sure to get mugged in, or down this quiet forest road where bears are commonly seen, even near the house of a convicted pedophile, dangerous people are out there to steal YOUR Pokemon. Ohhhh the places you'll go... in Pokemon Go! In stores now.
 
Level 4! When I reach level 5 I can start training the poke things I've captured. I just don't know what I'm suppose to train them to do.

Poor pathetic Ash. So this "Pokestop" is where he has been hangin' out chain smoking and feeling glum after all these years? Telling you guys, just like real drugs, these virtual drugs like Pokemon Go and Sportstwo: Trailblazers edition can steal away your best years if you're not careful.

I was going to buy some Nintendo stock last year after their president died and it was very low but didn't, now thanks to this game their stock is the highest it's been in decades. Bad move.
 
I didn't see this posted anywhere and thought it might be of interest to those who've actually used it...

Pokemom Go Maker: Coding error gave company access to your emails

For some users with iPhones, signing into the game with the most convenient option -- using your Google account -- allows the gaming company to read your emails.

That's because the Pokemon Go app gets "full access" to your Google account. It's something most apps don't dare demand.

Google settings state that "full access" means Pokemon Go "can see and modify nearly all information in your Google Account."

Ok. I'm on it but I can't figure out how to collect a Pokemon that is right in front of me. Help.
