I'd give them their picks back and the Orlando 2028.

I don't see any reason we need to give them our 2030/2032 picks. Thats too much.

Scoot plus all those picks is way more than any other team is going to offer. We don't need to make the Bucks happy with the offer - we just need to offer them more than any other team does.

Aging stars on super max have a bad track record. Lot of risk Giannis isn't that valuable in the years ahead.

Trading away Scoot could be a Jermiane Oneal 2.0 situation. Not saying I believe that or wouldn't do the trade but I can totally see why some fans would be against it or strongly against it. Add to it that even with Giannis we aren't really a contender this season and we have no idea if Dame can be an above average starter ever again and there's a compelling case against the trade.

Makes it an interesting debate as there's obviously a super compelling case to do the trade as well.

I don't have a problem with how you're posting. I gave my opinion on this topic, and you quoted me about something that I didn't see as having anything to do with the topic and something that just seemed to be pulled out of nowhere and I tried to explain that and let it go and you came back and the next thing I know we're talking about whether or not billionaires are good people. I said I wasn't comfortable making that generality. I figured it was presumed that was my feeling and you or anyone else can do what you want ... like some people don't get tattoos but they also don't judge other people if they want to get them. Then you're telling me to block you.

I can't say "I'm sorry you feel that way" because I think that's not an apology, is really condescending, and I don't feel I have anything to apologize for. I think you took something from my comments that wasn't there or at least wasn't intended to be there. I'm not upset. I'm not angry. I don't have anything against you. I'm not blocking you. It's like you said about things we don't have control over. We don't know what the new owner thinks or wants, and the thread wasn't about that, so I don't understand introducing it to me. Salaries don't add up - must be Turner or someone going to GS along with Giannis.

GS picks I'm sure are nice but they have a track record of winning. I'd imagine the Bucks getting their own picks would be way more valuable. I still think our deal with just the Bucks own picks and Scoot or Sharpe is better for them. Not sure we are even offering that though. This is certainly a fair type of offer if we aren't that interested.

I hadn't heard that. But, they want Giannis. They have will need to include him in that deal. Hopefully, they don't get him. Curry and Giannis together would be insufferable.

Was it worth for the Bucks getting Dame? I wouldn't say so.

With the Blazers luck he gets seriously injured - and all our eggs are cracked.

If Dame and Giannis would have stayed healthy it probably would have been worth it.

Tough to say for sure, because Jrue is so good...

are people aware that if the Blazers trade for Giannis, he might only be a Blazer for one season? He could opt out in 2027. It's unlikely but it's certainly possible
