What is your preferred starting lineup for your Portland Trail Blazers next season 2017-18?

Assumptions made are that in order to successfully trade for Paul George, we would have to send either McCollum, Crabbe or Vonleh or some combination of them and probably multiple picks to obtain him.

Regardless of what's left on our bench......what starting lineup would you most like to see??

Well, that one is kinda obvious though don't you think?
The dream option is the last one. The realistic one though is probably the first or second one.
I think NO is gonna use the picks to maybe trade up or just pick as is and wait until the trade deadline to try to make more significant moves. One of those could be a for a commited to re-signing PG though and that would be awesome if we could pull that off without losing our big three. We would be contenders for the next few years.

I mean, if you can trade Crabbe or even Vonleh for Paul George, you're basically getting George for free. So sure, with absolutely no trade-offs, I'll take a lineup with George.

But my dream lineup would also involve a Meyers Leonard for Anthony Davis swap. ;)

I picked the 2nd one for this very reason.

I picked the 4th one since getting George would most likely cost McCollum and Vonleh. Don't like Aminu as the long term starter though.

There is no way we give both of them up for a one year rental, and I dont know if we give them up even if PG commits to another signing. The goal is to add pieces, not swap them out. (unless its an obvious and large upgrade).

The only weay im interested in PG is if we do it without giving up our big 3. Otherwise we wont win enough for him to want to stay.

Ok, but the question isn't about reality. Just choose from the options listed so I don't think people are nuts.

Yeah, I didn't read the first post either.

One of those "read all of the answers before you give yours" multiple choice questions... I almost voted dame CJ turner Noah Nurk

I null my vote, because LeBron isn't an option.

I really like Rudy Gay coming off the bench for the Blazers as a 6th man.

I think if we get Rudy he will be a starter. Though I could see why you would think he would be good off the bench.

To whoever picked any one but the bottom one:

:smack:

I voted for the fourth one because I hate McCollum and want him off the team. Addition by subtraction.

Is that actually a minority opinion here?
