Predict our mid-season acquisition

When someone gets signed and immediately waived it's usually because they're on some kind of two-way deal
Hoard is listed as a free agent ..we should sign him to a two way if that's what he's getting...I like the kid's game

Jaylen Hoard was waived already...but Moses Brown got a roster spot....go figure?

Brown has a job while Skal was cut by the Knicks. I was never as big a fan of Skal as some folks here, but there are worse players with NBA jobs! Go figure indeed!

I'm a fan of Jaylen Hoard...I like his game...I thought Skal was butterfingered...always lost the ball on the floor

So, if there's one thing Olshey consistently does, it's acquire a player mid-season with an eye to the playoffs. From the terrible (Arron Afflalo) to the very useful (Hood and Kanter) to the I'm-not-really-sure (Carmelo), this has been a pattern.

So: any suggestions for this year? Here's my guess: George Hill. I think, what with the condensed schedule, there'll be even more wear and tear on Dame and CJ and we'll find out that we can't really function with Anfernee as our sole backup PG. (My reservations: Presti will probably demand a pick and I'm not sure I want to give that up, and also it would probably require trading Jones Jr.. Also, it seems likely the Clippers would target him given their perpetual need for a point.)
