Can I just do my previews the way I did last season?</p>

As long as it's a preview, any format should be fine, right?</p>

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (GMJigga)</div><div class='quotemain'></p>

mehhhh peer pressure! Fine I'll sign up. I was waivering on whether or not I would have time for it, but I guess I could steal a couple of minutes and write one up.</p>

Peg I have no idea how to use html though. Are we using the template in the other thread?</p>

</div></p>

</p>

That'd be a good idea.</p>

<h4>Keys to the Game</h4>
</td>
</tr>
<tr class="keyStrategy">
<td>
<ul>
[*]Control The PaintIt's going to be another game without Etan Thomas for the Wizards and have no reliable backup that will be able to handle the Lakers' frontcourt for Haywood, so the Lakers must be able to grab every possible rebound, score easy points, and take Haywood out of the game.
[*]Take Care Of The Ball - The Lakers as a team are first in the NBA in turning the ball over with 17.5 and you don't want to come near the Wizards with an ugly stat like that. The Wizards on Friday forced 16 turnovers and converted 21 points off of them and if the Lakers aren't careful with the ball, the Wizards will pounce.
[*]Don't Fall EarlyThe Wizards have done a great job getting an advantage early in the game, and a decent job taking care of it throughout the game, so the Lakers will need to make sure they can get it going on offense early and stop the big trio from scoring against them.
[/list]
</td>
<td>
<ul>
[*]Target and Eliminate ShootersDefending the perimeter has been a problem for Washington throughout the season as James Posey left open to shoot 7-9 from behind the arc to cut the Wizards lead down to 3. The Wizards will have a huge problem if they don't take care of guys like Luke Walton whose shooting at a amazing 52% from the 3 and of course Bryant with 36% from the 3.
[*]Push The BallOne of the Wizards' main advantages is the ability to push the ball up and score easy baskets at the other end. One of the key examples was on Friday leading the fastbreak point category 30-8 against Miami, and if they are able to keep the Lakers off their feet and chasing throughout the game, the Wizards will have no problem on offense.
[*]Stay Close Throughout The GameThe Wizards are 0-7 on the road when trailing after 3 quarters, and as long as Kobe Bryant who is coming off a 53 point performance against Houston is leading this team, Washington will have a lot on their hands on defense.

It's pretty much a giant table. Mostly self-explanatory, if there's any questions, just ask.</p>

Ok, I'm a bit confused as to what that is, and how it works.</p>

Its kind of like a layout you can use to have a two-column preview, with text on the bottom and text on the top. If you copy and paste that in you'll get this:</p>

This is a good format, too. For those who don't want fucked up and confusing HTML code, please use this.</p>

Guys, you can do what you want with your previews

. My post earlier was for those that did not want to come up with something on their own.

Its going to be great if people have their own styles.

Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks a lot you ass! Nah I'm just kidding, I'll do it, but weekdays tend to be more hectic for me because of school, at least this year.</p>

</p>

Btw, I'll be using my old short format. I just can't dedicate a lot of time to it.</p>

Sorry, 'bout that, but only the three of us have done previews before. No problem about doing a short-format
smile.gif
...It will turn out better than anything I would have posted...sucks that the NBA scheduled it for a weekday.

Can you switch me out of the Thursday game? I have swimming on Tues. and Thurs. I want to give my best.</p>

I can do both Wednesday and Thursday if you want.</p>

*Each with the same format*</p>

Edit: Oh it's Thursday of next week...</p>

Do you plan on doing the previews day-of? You can do them in advance (i.e. in this case Wed.). I'll be able to cover that game if you can't make it.

I'll do a couple here and there if you're still looking for people.</p>

So, it appears that we only have two more games against Chicago, and the next one is in February. I can handle them, as long as you guys send me a PM in advance.</p>

Look at me, I'm taking 1/41 th of the work. Whoop-de-damn-doo. : )</p>

I'll probably end up doing mine on the weekend, or Monday. So if I get caught up with homework, that won't be a problem.</p>

Just to let you guys know before hand, I am leaving S2 so you could take me of off this preview sched.</p>
