I understand that we could be winning much easier if it wasn't for the 3rd team forfeiting big leads but this is unacceptable. They lose an 18 point lead in a few minutes why? If they're that much worse than the other team's 3rd stringers then they don't belong in the league and if they aren't they need to play with some self respect

I missed the 4th quarter but it seems like the "closers" are not too focused on D when they get in there with a big lead. They gave up 41 and 32 in the two 4th quarters so far. Either way I am not concerned with it as it is not relevant to the regular season .

Nurk will become complete package on offense, Id say he misses only the game with his face to the basket, not sure whats the term for that... but Im not sure well see that from him

Yep and I also think the era of “Dame or CJ plus 4 bench guys” is over. I think we’ll always have two starters in, especially since our front line is so young.

While I hear you, the one thing this team is not lacking is a winning culture. Dame, CJ, and Nurk's confidence are high right now and the whole squad is feeding off it from the role players to the new solid draft picks. Effort is not going to be an issue this year (except maybe CJ on D).

Ill say it.
You DON'T always play to win.
Some times playing to win in the LONG run, means trying things out in preseason to see what works best and that eval might cost a game.
Whats more important? Finding the best rotation for the regular season, Or winning a preseason(meaningless) game?

I never complained about only play by play. I complained they were shit last year. They are again this year......IMO

Of course he looks better when he doesn't have to shoulder any of the load offensively. He's got almost no offensive game.

His offense comes off of off-ball movement, pick-n-pops, and putbacks. All three of those are lessened by playing with Pat, Jake, Meyers, etc.
