Problem with AIM Triton. A little help?

I slept over my friends house last night, and then I came home today and my AIM didn't work. When I try to sign on it says "sign on failed. try again" even though my connection is perfectly fine. What should I do?

Also, my friend just tried to upgrade to AIM Triton last night, and it only lets him send 1 IM per sign-on! WTF? Like, not one conversation.. 1 message (usually "hey" or "yo"), then he can;t see what people say, but they can read his stuff. Wierd.

Anyway, enough about him haha, what should I do? Delete it and d/l it again?

I dont use Triton, its slow sh*t, and I hate it..Just go with the original.. :happy0144:

Delete Triton; install an older version.

I have only had one problem using Triton, thats when I send a file, talk, etc. I can't read what I say or the other person says.I would maybe download the newest version of Triton and see if that works. Or uninstall it and download it again.

Uninstalling it is also a mission, you have to find the folder it's in and find the uninstall icon from there since it's not in the Add/Remove program panel.

Yeah I just got AIM 5.9 again.. old version. It works, but Triton is so much better. It looks cooler and it also has ALL your IM's on 1 window. This one opens up a new window every damn IM and I hate it, I have like 7-8 windows open right now for IM's, when I would only have 1 in Triton. Oh well..

Original is way faster and smoother. Triton is probably best for fast computers

Thank for the idea, but I'll stick with AIM 5.9.

AIM 5.9 is the best AIM version ever lets you do the same thing as AIM T but just low grapics but its still better.

Triton is only a trial, after awhile it doesn't work anymore. It was much while it lasted! I just don't feel like downloading it again, then again after that and so fourth.
