OT PS4 help

Anytime I turn on the system it just freezes up on the screen it’s on. I went out and got a new controller thinking that was the issue. Maybe I’m not letting the new controller charge up enough? But it’s still freezing up.

Unplugged the system.

I’m at a loss.

Damn kids screwed this thing up!
