I'm thinking about getting one of these soon, just in case Apple is successful and manages to shut them down.

Embattled Macintosh clone vendor Psystar has rolled out its fourth new system, despite a looming legal action from Apple that threatens to shut the company down.
The new model is a $600 mini-tower model dubbed the "Open 3." The system includes a pre-installed copy of OS X Leopard with the option of a dual boot Linux setup. Hardware for the $600 configuration features include a 5000GB hard drive, 2GB of RAM and a GeForce 8400GS graphics card.
Apple filed suit against Psystar last July for illegally distributing its software. The company notes that the OS X end-user licensing agreement forbids owners from installing the operating system on any hardware not manufactured by Apple.
Psystar later counter-sued Apple on anti-trust grounds, a move which was later struck down by a judge.
