I doubt it because the entire Schiff show is a veritable sham.

You do realize I was talking about you, right? Give an answer with substance instead of corny soundbites or talking points.

No, what I'm claiming is, they've been butt-hurt over him getting elected since day-1.....to the point of multiple tactics and strategies in attempts to remove him. We were hearing that (impeachment) cry the day after he was elected. I mean, like, the day after.

I wonder if you were this adamant when Mitch had basically said, from the get go, their #1 goal was to make Obama a 1 term president.

Oh wait, Obama personally performs abortions, never mind.

Trump has created the culture of insult and disrespect during his election campaign,,even before.....birth certificate.....lock her up....loser this and loser that....do nothing dems....he didn't get elected to work with people in govt....he's fired a hundred that he hired already....republicans are testifying against him...even quitting posts because of him....sorry but you need to see a much bigger picture than you're talking about when it comes to what makes America a republic.....I don't know, maybe you want a monarch, dictator or sultan who doesn't answer to our legislative branches, tampers with witnesses and lies about facts...good luck with that...it's demonstrable that Trump has created pay for play politics within your party of choice. That my friend is against the law and the constitution. I'd even vote for Rosanne Barr over Trump at this point. Trust is earned not bought and sold.

Yes, because well, ummm, you and your ilk as well as your Fuhrer say so.

Lemme ask ask you a simple question, if you and Trump and his followers truly feel he is being mistreated/framed or whatever, wouldn't it make sense to not only allow, but also insist that the people who might be able to clear him (Rudy, Mulvany, Pompeo, Bolton, etc.) be called to testify?

fwiw, I seriously doubt I'll get a coherent response.

And if it's a hoax/scam whatever, why have so many people not only plead guilty, but were *found* guilty, that were associated with him?

Why did he pay a 2 million dollar penalty for misusing charity funds? Why did he pay off (at least one) woman?

Why doesn't he release the *tapes* of the "perfect" phone call?

Sure it does. But, they could (and certainly would) also be highly discredited by the other side, as well.

Oh, you mean like the Reps are doing right now?...because that's exactly what they've been doing to every single witness the Dems have called.

You as well as your desperately veiled defense/reasoning/justification simply don't add up and make absolutely no sense.

Jules, please do not attempt to confront Trump followers with common sense and/or actual facts...because it only serves to confuse them and it pisses them off.

What were you thinking?........Snap out of it, man !

Sorry, had a weak moment. ;)

I like how Nunes is asking if the Steele Dossier (basically, finding dirt on a competitor via a foreign country) is good or bad...and each one is saying "no, it's bad"...as if that means Trump is innocent of QQP and acting like it's the same thing.

One was finding dirt on a person, without holding funding as a motivating factor...the other was trying to find dirt on a person USING financial aid as a motivating factor.

Just because one is wrong (SD) means the other is...ok? the fuck?

He ran on clearing the swamp and doing everything possible to keep Hillary (yes, she IS a crook) from being elected. No, I don't appreciate all of his personal insults. 100% agree with you there. I do think he's had our country's interests at stake when making decisions. Immigration, health care, foreign relations, guns, drugs, et all, are tough calls for any president to make.

You LIKE Nunes? Dafuq is wrong with you?

And to be clear, what the DNC is legal. They paid for an independent law firm to do research on the opposition to DEEM what info they can legally use in the campaign. This is night and day compared to what Trump did to leverage congressional approved security aid in exchange for dirt.

This is yet another strawman. Par for the course for these assholes.

You know, there were multiple investigations into her that brought nothing.

We had 2 years with a republican president, congress and senate that did not find anything.

Yet, we have less than 2 years with only 1 democrat congress (and republican senate, president) - and yet it is pretty clear that Trump is a crook.

This logically means one of 2 things:

1. She is not a crook, or at the very least, not even close to being as big a crook as Trump.

or

2. The republicans are incompetent failing to prove it when they had a president, congress and senate seemingly dedicated to besmirch her.

Choose your poison.

He clogged the fucking drain is what he did...my point is Trump created the culture he's faced with...a negative one...he didn't "hire the best people" ….obstruction of justice is not swamp draining....lying is not swamp draining, blackmailing foreign govts is not swamp draining...letting Russia have a major sea presence in Syria, Venezuela, Hondura and Cuba are not swamp draining....face it....Trump is incompetant and he's easy to manipulate ….Putin is making out like a bandit under Trump....China is expanding militarily under Trump...there's no swamp draining in Trump's world....it's just another of his catch phrases...which is all he has...catch phrases..sorry you couldn't see through that and got fooled

And he has failed miserably at every one of those issues.

NO! IT'S THE SAME! IF I YELL HERE IT MEANS IM CORRECT. REAL AMERICAN! GOD BLESS TRU...

guh...that is tiring.

For whatever reason, whenever I turn the TV on, it's always the R's doing the questioning. I'm starting to see their point.

Oooh wait, didn't finish that thought. I'm starting to see their point is full of shit.

So...let me get this straight. she's a crook, tho she's been found guilty of nothing other than misusing the an email server. The Republicans did a LOT of investigations about her, and she was willing to come in and be questioned for HOURS...
and they found nothing on her.

Donald, on the other hand, has been guilty of a lot of things. He's refused to come in to talk about anything.

And this isn't even talking about his refusal to release his taxes, which would answer everything.
Please deal with facts instead of fantasy.

There's an old saying..where there's smoke, there's fire.

In this case, the smoke around Clinton was found out to be just fog.

But in the case of Trump, the smoke has turned out to be a dumpster behind the white house, full of evidence that Rudy and Don Jr are burning, while Eric is making s'mores.

dont waste your breath. @ABM doesn't care.

I'm glad to see articulate, bright, professional officials calmly bring the voice of reason to the impeachment hearings...Some really impressive people have come forward....Trump's camp looks like schoolyard bully's who pay someone to do their homework for them under threat

Dr. Hill is eating Nunes and his counsel alive.

I realize that most politicians want to be re-elected which is the very reason I'm for term limits...but "job security" aside, I still cannot fathom why the GOP continues to blindly defend Trump no matter what.

Nunes never has struck me as being very bright.

they don't want to lose the Senate majority so they take the risk although now several are starting to crack and dump Trump to save their own asses. Trump is in essence draining the GOP

I still don't see the need for a 2 party system...it is simply too dysfunctional. Instead, why not take the side of common sense and what's best for the planet/country instead of silly liberal/conservative allegiance?

And you're right...the GOP is no more...instead, it has become the party of Trump.

So the best interest of the country is taking children away from parents and locking kids up in a cage? How is that OUR best interest? How is doing nothing regarding gun reform after mass shootings happening on an almost weekly basis is our best interest? How is giving large corporate tax cuts and huge tax cuts to the rich in OUR best interest? The list can go on and on but yet all you want to do is call it a xham as if you are acting like a trump parrot.

I voted libertarian last election to buck the trend.....this time I vote against Trump no matter the opposition...sad but reality...until we have the other political parties that are not backed by big money debating on national tv....we are stuck with the Lakers and Celtics rivalry forever.....America actually has several other parties that nobody will ever pay attention to unless they do a search on their own...we're not getting fair coverage and never have....the reasoning is money.....take money out of the race...shorten the campaign to 6 weeks total...forget the year and a half campaign trail...candidates are burned out before they're elected as it

I too now consider myself more of a libertarian than either Rep or Dem...and fwiw, I like the "Lakers and Celtics" analogy.
