sure....but Trump is not in the same place he was 4 years ago...there's no Hillary drama ..this is his own fuckup...the GOP will not hold a Senate majority over their handling of this issue next election cycle....they are propping up a sinking ship right now..they are losing States as we speak...States that have long been Republican strongholds..if the Senate saves Trump, they'll sacrifice the Senate majority to do it and he'll still lose the next election...he should resign and take a plea deal....once he's no longer president he's facing years of litigation...he could cut a deal now and avoid that. He just wants to be the next Bill O'Reilly anyway...he can whine about liberals and fake media all day and nobody will give two shits

I think he’s in a better place than he was 4 years ago, he has a lot of positives to run on. The Democrats are EXTREMELY weak (I mean, Warren and Biden? Come on...) and I believe the general public is becoming tired of this whole coup of the Trump administration. You’d have to be blind to not see he has been the most railroaded president in modern history, I mean they were laying the groundwork for an impeachment from day 1 of his presidency. He isn’t perfect by any means, he’s brash, he’s arrogant, he doesn’t shut up when he should but he’s 100% authentic.

Also, what is he being gonna be impeached with? There was no quid pro quo, now they are moving the goalposts to bribery? It’s just a mess and it reeks of desperation from the Democrats. It’s a completely partisan clown show right now, iirc more Democrats voted against the inquiry than Republicans votes for it. That’s saying something.

Obstruction, witness tampering, skirting the constitution on dealings with foreign governments for political ammunition....probably money laundering and tax evasion if they get his tax returns and perjury if they choose to pursue it. You and I disagree about what the general public sentiments are concerning this....fair enough..to each their own. Thank you for engaging the topic in a civil manner...that's rare around here. Funny thing, Lying Adam Schiff has not requested the presence of anyone not prepared to lie to overthrow our POTUS. He won't even allow the supposed whistleblower to appear now that everyone knows it is CIA operative Eric Ciaramella, who was booted from the WH after being caught leaking classified info to the fake news and conducting an illegal spying campaign against the POTUS inside the WH. He refused to allow the calling of the obviously relevant Bidens for testimony. So far he has not allowed anyone with any factual knowledge to speak. So far he has refused to let the public see the closed door testimony transcripts which are already said to contain obvious acquittals of any wrongdoing by POTUS.

Ciaramella is already under investigation by John Durham as a co-conspirator of former CIA Director John Brennan in rigging the 2016 election and orchestrating the failed Russian Hoax. He worked closely with Biden, Susan Rice, and brought his girlfriend DNC smearmistress Alexandra Chalupa, who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016, into the WH for meetings with Obama.
