For sure. No question. But they aren't limited to a political party and Trump is certainly not focused on bringing them down...

But they arent. I know you *thought* they were intelligent, but they are not. They might know a lot about stuff, maybe went to college, have degrees, and so on. But they are not, in fact, smart. No sane, smart person, believes QAnon. Impossible. An intelligent person questions things, is hungry for information, reads different viewpoints and comes to a reasonable, intelligent conclusion. They go with facts, not conspiracies. Conspiracies are easy to identify if you search for truth and evidence, of which there is none for things like Pizzagate and Bill Gates, and so on. Believing in it is flat out a lack of intelligence.

No one denies that sex trafficking of children exists. The issue is whether Hillary Clinton is running a child sex trafficking ring from the basement of a DC pizza parlor that has no basement, or whether the so called deep state consists if satanic child molesters controlled by George Soros and Bill Gates, from which only Trump can save us.

To be fair though, it probably wasn’t in good faith, he could’ve just been taken down because of he and Trump’s little real estate pissing match.

Yeah, this administration allowed Epstein to "kill himself". And let his island get looted for a week before getting the FBI in there.

This administration looked far more like they were covering Epstein's ass (or whoever Epstein had dirt on) than coming down on him.

No arguments here from me. I do believe the “conspiracy theory” that Epstein used blackmail to advance himself though. That’s why you can look at the names on the flight logs to his island and it becomes apparent why he was able to get away with unspeakable shit forever. No administration in the last 30 years has dared touch him and they all knew what he was doing.

When I saw QAnon, I knew exactly what it was and what it was doing. I had seen it before. I had almost built it before. It was gaming’s evil twin. A game that plays people. (cue ominous music)

QAnon has often been compared to ARGs and LARPs and rightly so. It uses many of the same gaming mechanisms and rewards. It has a game-like feel to it that is evident to anyone who has ever played an ARG, online role-play (RP) or LARP before. The similarities are so striking that it has often been referred to as a LARP or ARG. However this beast is very very different from a game.

It is the differences that shed the light on how QAnon works and many of them are hard to see if you’re not involved in game development. QAnon is like the reflection of a game in a mirror, it looks just like one, but it is inverted.

Guided Apophenia

In one of the very first experience fictions (XF) I ever designed, the players had to explore a creepy basement looking for clues. The object they were looking for was barely hidden and the clue was easy. It was Scooby Doo easy. I definitely expected no trouble in this part of the game.

or that the mass shootings at schools, malls, churches (etc) were just staged hoaxes?

What exactly is the kernel of truth in these conspiracies, and furthermore, how many more false theories does qanon need to spread, before you call it bullshit?

As Biden was sworn in, Davis initially told The Daily Beast he didn’t want to comment until he was sure Biden was really president. But as Biden’s new title became official , Davis said he was ready to move on from Q — something his doctor has long urged him to do anyway.

“We misinterpreted it,” Davis said. “Maybe we should have done something different.”
