I agree. I think George getting the frequent amount of women he got in itself was bizarre, but nevertheless, I loved the character.
My favourite episode is probably the double-episode with Jerry and George going to L.A. Don't know what happened to Elaine in those episodes (or was she in them? I don't remember) but those were really good episodes, especially the 2nd episode with the whole police interrogation thing. The writing was great.
Seinfeld really fell off towards the end though. The last 2 or so seasons started making all of the characters always being the same way to an annoying degree. For example, they completely ****** up George's character by giving him wierd one-liners, exaggerating his mannerisms, etc. Kramer's character went from "funny-crazy" to just "wierd-crazy". Seinfeld got less and less funny after Larry David left. A good comparison would be what the writers of The Simpsons did to Homer's character who went from being stupid in a funny way to just being stupid, period.
