Sh*t.

Well apparentley not going to the Races anymore, went out and spent $300 on clothes yesterday for nothing, seems my friends changed their mind and forgot to tell me...

Well im not really pissed off, since part of the reason I bought those clothes was that I needed a nice pair for things like job interviews and special occasions and what not, since I have none, but I was still looking forward to going and getting wasted, lol. Oh well, at least I can save my money now.

... I was just at an outdoor swimming facility with a bunch of people and friends, in the middle of the night. No drinking or anything going on, but anyways, I raced (running) this guy along the side of the pool, which is about 50 meters/150 feet. We ran from the far away end to the end where most of the other people stood. Before we started running, we yelled to all the others to get out of the way, and then a couple of girls signaled us to start running with their cellphones. They kept the flashlight from their cells on, shining into our eyes, which ment that in the dark, we couldn't see anything beyond the lights. It just so happened that a bunch of my friends had just arrived, and they stood at the finish point, oblivious of our race. So I came barreling in at full speed, didn't see the guys I hit before I hit them, and knocked at least 2 people over. Both guys got cut above their eyes and started bleeding a lot, one of my friends's eye got really swollen... Mind you, I'm about 85 kgs/185 lbs, and I hit them full speed. I was just left standing with a hurting jaw and a swollen bump on my forehead... I feel really bad for my friends...

Damn, went through about 30 pages of this thread since I've been gone. It's nice to have internet and TV again though.

I've been busy moving lately. Driving from Florida to Massachusetts is a bitch by the way. The weather is way nicer up here, don't have AC in this house but you don't really need it, just open the windows and it feels fine. Nice view too, all the mountains and stuff. Way cheaper houses up here too. Not to mention that min. wage is higher here than in FL and getting higher in January I think. I love snow too, I haven't seen it in so long. Having said all that though.. I think I'd be better off moving out and going down back to FL to go to school down there. I mean, all my friends are down there and maybe I could get an apartment with them and just get a job until January which is when I would start going to college. I don't know man, It's a tough decision to make.

I'm getting excited about the new Alice In Chains though. They got their new lead singer, a black guy named William DuVall, he's not bad at all. Here's a video of him singing for them:

Ah what else is going on.. well I was at a party a few weeks or a month ago and I smoked weed for the first time, this dude went to the ghetto to get some type of weed called Crypt and we had to use printer paper to roll it, haha, but I took a pretty good hit and coughed a lot but I didn't get a high. I was drinking earlier too but I stopped when the mention of weed came up because I didn't want to mix. (It was my first time drinking more than just a cup of beer too, I had 4 longnecks and stopped there cause we ordered pizza and I didnt want to barf later on.)

Reminds me of the time I went to play indoor soccer at a rec center and ended up headbutting this old guy while going for a header, and he needed stitches, while my forhead was just hurting.

On another note, I need braces for my bottom teeth. It would be cool if I just had braces on my bottom teeth but I have to have them on the top and bottom so that sucks. My top teeth are fine, my smile is actually pretty nice I would say (not to sound cocky), but the front four of my bottom teeth are pretty messed. Luckily, when I smile or talk, you can't even see my bottom teeth, just my top so that's the reason I've been hesitant on the braces. However, my dentist is insisting I get them before my teen years are done, so I'll probably end up getting them sometime this year or next. I'm hoping it's worth it; I'm used to flashing my smile everywhere, flashing metal is going to be strange.

I was talking to Run BJM about this the other day, and really, I don't think they should carry the same name. That's like saying they're the same band, which really, without Layne Staley they'll never be the same.

Saint Louis doesn't have the humidity we do though. I lived up there the year before I went off to Michigan. It's got a dry heat like the rest of the midwest, but once you get around the Memphis/Little Rock area and down on into the New Orleans/Birmingham kind of region, it's humid as ****.

Either way, even if it was cold down here, it's just the way everyone plays. It'd be more awkward if I had my shirt on than if I took it off.

Especially when it is circulating around during tornadic weather and we've never had such humidity levels before over here. Supposedly set a record of some sort. Yeah, that was when I thought I was going to Northwestern. Before that I lived with my family that's in St. Louis.

Anyway, point is, even if it's just as hot up there as it is down here, it's not that uncommon for guys to go shirtless outside. It's just a different culture.

It's sort of like how people walk around the beach without shirts on. People just do that around here too. We're pretty rural once you get outside of city limits.

BTW - What's a kit? I keep hearing that term tossed around.

A kit is a jersey in football (soccer) talk. Also commonly used in European sport lingo. Usually it refers to the entire uniform as a "kit" such as socks, top and shorts, etc.

This image is a good example of a true full kit.

So does anyone have any comments about my kits? Quality-wise at least. I can post images to show comparisons to the real Widzew Ł?dź kits for 2008.

From what I hear, it depends. I don't know how the laws are over there (are you in Memphis now?) but if it was just pot then I don't think your brother is facing anything really serious; maybe just a fine or something, but that depends on the amount also. I don't know about the whole eating thing though. If he was trying to dispose of it he could be getting into some more trouble, but like I said I don't know. I had friends get in trouble for similar things and they didn't face any jail time. They were younger than 18 and in New York so things probably worked out differently.
