I'm hoping the Chargers can get their act together in the second half. They've just played ugly so far, and LT hasn't gotten anything going, which I find amusing considering how his Nike commercial has him running through the entire Bear's defense. Anyways, the Eagles lost today (JR Reed and Greg Lewis should get cut) and I'm not in that great of a mood....

I don't know why people expected LT ro run all over this defense. I'm very disappointed in Rivers right now, he's looking like Rex Grossman.

Yeah the Bears are tough but LT is the best RB in the league and should muster 30-40 yards against CHI in a half. </p>

His YPC is crazy low, it is somewhat surprising. </p>

OMG!Why are art supplies so expensive? I only bought a few things andthe total cost was $76.26! Then they gave me a student discount and the price was dropped to $57.75. I was expecting at the most: $45.00.</p>

He was still the MVP for the Chargers today. He did everything for them. LT, Gates, and that defense. Rivers really buckled today, but against a defense like that I'm not that scared.</p>

I'll back Brian up, LT was awesome due to the circumstances, today. You have to factor in that it was also his first football action since the playoffs last year. Norv Turner gave him the pre-season off. </p>

Personally I think Gates had a very solid game, and caught many difficult balls in traffic. He was better than LT today. </p>
